Chef Rochelle Daniel is preparing two new concepts at 101 N. Leroux St. in downtown Flagstaff. Pompette, a French inspired restaurant and bakery, and Little Rich Girl, a speakeasy style cocktail bar, are expected to open in mid September.
Daniel is a two time James Beard Award semifinalist and already operates Atria at the same downtown dining address. She has been planning the two additions since 2020, but COVID and tariffs delayed the schedule.
The three concepts are designed to serve different uses in one destination. Atria covers fine dining, Pompette is planned as a broader everyday restaurant, and Little Rich Girl is intended as a place for drinks before or after meals at Atria or Pompette.
Pompette will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an in house bakery making pastries each morning and bread for the restaurant. Planned dishes include steak frites, mussels, tuna tartare and coq au vin, and the space will include a mezzanine lounge, dining room and bar seating.
Little Rich Girl will open below Atria with craft cocktails and a late night food menu. Before opening to the public, Daniel plans friends and family events and media previews, followed by a grand opening celebration that includes a martini luge.
