Citadelle Center Adds New Dining, Wellness, and Beauty Tenants

Citadelle Center in Glendale has announced a new wave of tenant growth with the arrivals of Pizzicata, Fit Mind Wellness, and Estetika Beauty Clinic. The updates strengthen the center's mix of food, mental health, beauty, and everyday-service offerings near Arrowhead Ranch.

Citadelle Center, a YAM Properties commercial center at the northwest corner of Utopia Road and 59th Avenue in Glendale, has expanded its tenant lineup with three recent additions: Pizzicata, Fit Mind Wellness, and Estetika Beauty Clinic. The center sits less than a mile from Loop 101 in the Arrowhead Ranch area and is positioning itself as a one-stop destination for dining, wellness, beauty, and services.

In a statement carried by What Now Phoenix, YAM Properties operations director Marta Kenny said the property continues evolving into a place where visitors can eat, recharge, focus on wellness, and handle routine needs in one location. She said the new businesses reflect the lifestyle and preferences of the surrounding Arrowhead Ranch community, underscoring the landlord's strategy of building a more rounded tenant mix.

Pizzicata Glendale brings an Italian restaurant concept rooted in family tradition. Founded by Italian natives Federico Venturini and Chef Viola Tagliaferri, the brand serves Neapolitan-style pizza, Roman pinsa, fresh pasta, and other Italian dishes in an atmosphere intended to evoke a trip to Italy. The Glendale outpost represents the company's newest Arizona expansion.

Fit Mind Wellness adds counseling and mental-health evaluation services for adults, children, teens, couples, and families. The practice's specialties include relationship issues, first responder evaluations, postpartum and pregnancy loss, depression, anxiety, stress management, work-life balance, trauma, and EMDR therapy. That gives the center a stronger wellness profile beyond traditional retail and food uses.

Estetika Beauty Clinic broadens the center's self-care and aesthetics offerings under nurse injector Jelena Radumilo, RN, BSN. The clinic offers cosmetic services and also provides advanced training for medical professionals, with a focus that includes facial balancing and the Russian lip technique. Alongside existing tenants such as Biscuits Café, The Melting Pot, Zipps Sports Grill, Foundry Yoga, Pure Barre Glendale, and Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry, the additions show Citadelle Center continuing to deepen its neighborhood-service role.
