Dear residents/neighbors/friends,
A recent outside-Arizona developer teamed up with the Maricopa County Government to build a project in the heart of south Chandler (Arizona Ave/Ocotillo). nearby) to build more than 500 low-rent apartments that can accommodate more than 2,000 people. However, according to the city plan, this land is used for commercial development. Now it is hard to change it into a high-density residential area. This is an original plan for urban construction, which will cause huge pressure on local security, transportation, materials, and energy. What’s even more worrying is that this builder has extremely poor ratings. The communities they build in other states are known to be “dirty and messy”. But we have many local builders with excellent reputations. Why would we go all the way to invite such a high-quality contractor to this site in Hamilton, a famous high school in this city? high school Next to it, the surrounding environment will directly affect these children who have not officially entered society. This is also the area with the highest concentration of Asian and Chinese residents in Arizona. Why did they choose this builder and why did they choose this land? Many residents expressed that they do not welcome such a project and will not allow it to destroy the beautiful community that everyone has worked hard to build. Ning, for the sake of our children, please join the boycott of this project. The link below is a petition to the city government. It will take everyone 1 minute to sign it. Everyone in the family who is over 18 years old can sign it separately. We will then send your signatures and objections to the city government to ask for their help! Thank you for your support!
