The new location is expected to serve both food and drinks, but a menu has not been released. Jorge Agustin Santoyo is listed as the owner of the Phoenix project.

Santoyo is also listed as the head chef at Tortas Ahogadas George at 9550 W Van Buren Street #17 in Tolleson. That restaurant describes its cooking as authentic Mexican food from a family from Jalisco, Mexico, with dishes including tortas ahogadas, tacos dorados and menudo.

Sabor and Beer is planned near the West Encanto Boulevard intersection and close to Kahu Hawaiian BBQ. The suite is in a plaza that also includes Five Below and an AT&T Store, directly across Encanto from Desert Sky Mall.
