PCACA Adopts Myanmar family for Christmas PCACA President Elaine Wong presents gifts for the organization’s adopt a Christmas family. The Kyaw Chit family recently immigrated from Myanmar (Burma) and living in Phoenix. Everyone of the seven member family received Christmas gifts for the holiday season from PCACA.
