Luna Grill plans three more Phoenix area restaurants
Luna Grill expects to open at least three more restaurants in the Phoenix area before the end of 2026. The planned locations include Tempe, Avondale and north Phoenix.
Luna Grill is preparing another round of growth in metro Phoenix, with at least three restaurants planned before the end of 2026. The San Diego based chain is targeting Tempe, Avondale and north Phoenix for the new openings.
The north Phoenix restaurant is planned near the area around TSMC's semiconductor campus, where new development has been moving ahead. A Luna Grill location has also been proposed as part of a retail project near Dove Valley Road.
The company has already entered Arizona with restaurants in Mesa and Gilbert. The next openings would move the brand into more parts of the Valley and give additional communities access to its Mediterranean inspired menu.
Luna Grill was founded in 2004 by Sean and Maria Pourteymour. Its menu includes kabobs, bowls, salads, pitas, family meals and other dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked to order.
The brand operates more than 50 restaurants in California, Texas and Arizona. Exact opening dates for the Tempe, Avondale and north Phoenix locations have not been announced, but the company expects them to arrive by the end of 2026.
