Performance content: Yo-Yo Ma, a cello master who has been famous in the world music scene for many years, pianist Kathryn Stott and South American guitarist The Assad Brothers will bring unusual classic music at 7:30 pm on April 22 at the Mesa Arts Center. As a 15-time Grammy Award-winning cellist, Yo-Yo Ma has always hoped to explore a way to break through traditional Western classical music through cooperation with different cultures. Yo-Yo Ma's joint performance with British pianist Kathryn Stott is no longer a simple accompaniment relationship, but an energetic collaboration through sharing music production concepts. The Assad Brothers will inject Brazilian music elements full of artistic innovation into this performance.
