Starting November 1, 2012, AHCCCS will re-accept applications for KidsCare II. KidsCare II is a low-cost health insurance for children in Arizona. The application qualifications remain unchanged. With KidsCare II, your child can receive complete medical care, including: doctor visits, dental care, eye care, hospital visits and prescription drugs. AHCCCS will continue to accept applications until available funds for this service are exhausted, 602-265-4598.
