On October 19th, US President Trump arrived in Mesa, Arizona to hold his re-election rally. A member of the Arizona Chinese Support Sichuan Group, Zhang Chuandong and more than a dozen supporters, arrived at the rally at 3:30 pm that day. Everyone wore pro-Sichuan T-shirts, pro-Sichuan hats, and Save the China Cultural Center T-shirts to express their support for President Trump. There are also some Sichuan Chinese who joined the volunteer team early and did their best to organize this event.

Friends of the Chinese Sichuan group greeted each other and supporters of other ethnic groups and shared the benefits that President Trump has earned for ordinary people in the past two years. The United States, Europe and Japan launched zero tariffs, and Canada and Mexico reached a new North American trade agreement. At the same time, the U.S. manufacturing industry has returned, the unemployment rate has reached a record low, and tax cuts have been implemented. Trump’s entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in every aspect, and he implements his election promises step by step.

Tingchuan Qunqun advocated that Chuandong accepted an interview with Mexican television as a representative of ethnic minorities in the United States. First of all, we are Chinese Americans. The United States is a country of immigrants. We love this country as much as all other immigrants. We put national interests above all interests. We hope that the U.S. economy can reach a higher level. This is what President Trump has proven with his work performance in the past two years. At the same time, Chinese Americans also hope that all ethnic groups can have an equal and friendly relationship. At the Phoenix Chinese Cultural Center, owners of ethnic minorities have the same rights as owners of other ethnic groups, and their rights are equally protected and respected. We look forward to Trump’s re-election, which will bring about another boom in the U.S. economy. All Tingchuan friends present cheered for the group leader’s wonderful answer.

At 7 o'clock in the evening, two helicopters hovered over the Mesa Airport, and the scene was full of excitement. People inside and outside the event site chanted the slogan "USA, USA...". Some supporters even burst into tears. Over the past two years, our lives have indeed undergone gratifying changes due to the efforts of the new president. Amidst the cheers from the audience, Trump still walked to the podium in high spirits, and the cheers continued. Trump introduced his two years of political achievements to everyone, hoping that everyone would still vote for him, "Keep America great," and said that Arizona's border security is still a priority, and the border wall will definitely be built. In his speech, Trump strongly recommended Arizona Congresswoman candidate Martha McSally. I hope voters will vote for her. The citizens of Arizona saw a president in his 70s running around for the benefit of the country and making the United States strong again.

Trump at the event

Some Chinese people who supported Trump at the event

Since the Trump campaign in 2016, the desire of Chinese people to participate in politics has become stronger and stronger. The Chinese pro-Sichuan group in Arizona became the first group in the United States to fly advertisements supporting Trump. After that, key members of the Tingchuan group established the AZAA Arizona Asian Alliance to mobilize Chinese friends to participate in politics, unite Chinese Americans across the United States to oppose Asian subdivision, and raise funds and votes for politicians with the same political views. They spend money and effort to defend the rights and interests of the Chinese with practical actions, which can be said to be a breath of fresh air in the Chinese community. I would like to specifically call on our Chinese friends to pick up your votes, express your wishes, and make our voices heard.
