Local families

(Contributed by Xiao Su Studio) In the recently announced annual National Painting Competition, three students who studied painting at Xiao Su Studio won the honor. Jiahe Qu, 15, from Chandler, won first place in the nation in ninth grade, Grace Wang, 16, won second place in the national 11th grade competition, and 8-year-old Alisa Jia won third place in the junior category of the National Animal Drawing Competition. Both of them have loved painting since childhood and have high talent in painting. They have also won many prizes in painting competitions.
