Harmony Kitchen Opens Near ASU With June Discount

Harmony Kitchen has opened near ASU in Tempe with Hunan leaning dishes, KTV rooms and a June discount. The restaurant lists stir fried egg with pork, boiled fish, grilled fish, dry pot dishes, noodles and rice plates among its menu choices.

Harmony Kitchen has opened at 1320 E Broadway Rd, Suite 104,106 in Tempe, close to Arizona State University. The restaurant is positioning itself as a Chinese dining spot for students, nearby workers and groups looking for a meal in the ASU area.

One of the key dishes is a homestyle stir fry built around soft scrambled egg, sliced pork belly, celery, green pepper and small chiles. The egg is cooked to hold the sauce, while the pork and vegetables add saltiness, mild heat and crunch, making the dish a strong match for rice.

The menu also features boiled fish, with fish slices served in a fragrant spicy sauce. Other listed choices include signature grilled fish, dry pot dishes, more boiled dishes, Hunan soup noodles or rice noodles, fried rice, rice plates, fried noodles, steamed pastries and cold appetizers.

Harmony Kitchen also has private KTV rooms, with the largest room able to hold close to 30 people. That gives the Tempe restaurant a second use beyond dinner, including birthdays, holiday gatherings and friend groups that want food and singing in the same place.
