FBI's most wanted man may be hiding in Payson (Alberta Times) The FBI has issued a warning that Robert Fisher, the suspect who committed a murder in Scottsdale in 2001, may be hiding in Payson in the northern part of the state. Authorities have been hunting Fisher since his wife and two children were found inside their collapsed home on April 10, 2001. Evidence showed Fisher slit his family's throats, blasted his wife's head and burned down their house to hide the evidence. Ten days later, Fisher's wife's SUV was found in the mountains outside Payson, with his family's pet dog inside. For 12 years, the FBI has not found any trace of Fisher, and Fisher has been on the federal list of the ten most wanted fugitives. Recently, bank camera surveillance discovered a man who looked like Fisher using a bank teller machine near Payson. The FBI urges the public to call police if you have information about a wanted suspect.
