Charlee Rose Coffee plans second Gilbert cafe

Charlee Rose Coffee is preparing a second Gilbert location at 18318 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Suite 102. Owners Brandy Grice and Brianna Grice have signed the lease, with construction expected to take about six months.

Charlee Rose Coffee is moving ahead with another cafe in Gilbert, giving the family run coffee business a second address in the town where it already operates. The planned shop will be at 18318 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Suite 102.

Brandy Grice and her daughter, Brianna Grice, have signed the lease for the new space. Buildout is expected to take roughly six months before the cafe is ready for customers.

The company's original Gilbert cafe is at 522 N. Gilbert Rd., Suite 102. That location serves coffee, matcha, teas, lemonades, specialty espresso drinks, and other drinks built around the brand's focus on higher quality ingredients.

Charlee Rose Coffee began as a mobile coffee trailer before moving into a permanent storefront. The business is named for Brianna's daughter, Charlee Rose, and its owners have tied the brand to health, wellness, and a welcoming community space.
