But teaching Chinese can be promoted, and the hard work of teachers and students is not in vain – remembering teacher Chen Pu’s AP Chinese simulation teaching (contributed by Tang Nanyun of Arizona Modern Chinese School)…

(contributed by Tang Nanyun of Arizona Modern Chinese School) The Chinese New Year has just passed, While everyone is still deeply feeling the atmosphere of our traditional culture, Modern Chinese School invited Mr. Chen Pu, an expert in Chinese education, to conduct a vivid and effective simulation teaching for the students of our school who will participate in this year's AP Chinese Exam. The purpose is to stimulate and encourage students' interest and love for Chinese learning, and also emphasizes that understanding of Chinese culture is one of the keys to mastering and using the language. The AP Chinese Exam is a comprehensive test that combines Chinese language and culture. During the simulation teaching, Mr. Chen Pu used the scoring standards of the AP Chinese Exam to give detailed comments and guidance on the students' "speaking" and "writing", making everyone aware of the distance between their own situation and goals, which benefited both teachers and students a lot and pointed out the direction for future exam preparations. Finally, Mr. Chen Pu composed a poem himself to end this very meaningful AP Chinese Exam simulation teaching. The poem says: After commenting, AP, my heart is not empty, and it is hard to run out of good memories. The wonderful words like flowers make me laugh, and other strange thoughts make him understand. The typos and dialects have different tastes, but the ancient Chinese vernacular has the same meaning. But teaching Chinese can promote it, and the hard work of teachers and students is not in vain.
