In order to warmly celebrate the 69th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Chinese and overseas Chinese from all walks of life in Alberta will jointly hold National Day celebration activities. A National Day dinner will be held at New World Seafood Restaurant at 6:00 pm on September 15, 2018 (Saturday). The dinner was jointly organized by the Alberta Chinese and Overseas Chinese Federation, the Greater Phoenix Area Overseas Chinese Federation and the Arizona Chinese and Overseas Chinese Federation (in no particular order). A grand flag-raising ceremony and artistic performances will be held, and officials from the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles are sincerely invited to Phoenix to attend the celebrations. People from all walks of life are welcome to participate.
