纪念抗日战争胜利70週年筹备计划，于3月24日下午6时30分假纪念大厦 ( 1401 S. 7th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85007 )举行第二次筹备会议，

筹备会发起人之一崔增祁表示: 今年是世界反法西斯战争胜利及抗日战争胜利70年纪念，举办系列活动是要大家记住历史教训，决不可让历史悲剧重演。中华总会，ASU学生学者联谊会，正式加入了本次活动。亚利桑那全社区的大联盟，已经吹响号角，期待您的加入，哪怕你不属于任何一个社团。

本次会议落实和增加了一些议程。

4月至6月份 纪念抗日战争胜利论文发表 主办单位: 凤凰笔会 ”太阳鸟”亚省华人网及各华文平面网络媒体

7月4日 纪念抗日战争胜利图片展览 主办单位: 侨联总会 凤荣光会

7月7日 纪念抗日战争胜利论坛(中文) 主办单位: 凤荣光会 凤凰笔会 纪念大厦 凤城华人耆英会

８月新增亚利桑那中文学校中文朗诵比赛和绘画比赛。由侨联总会，全美中文学校前主席帅致若和华联共同负责。

8月15日 纪念抗日战争胜利餐会 主辨单位: 凤荣光会 美国华裔退伍军人协会

9月20日 纪念世界反法西斯战争胜利酒会 主办单位: 侨联总会

9月20日 纪念世界反法西斯战争胜利晚会 主办单位: 亚省艺术学院 中华乐团 (黄河大合唱)

9月份 纪念世界反法西斯战争胜利论坛(英文)及其它增加活动项目。
