The number and price of house sales in Phoenix, USA, slightly adjusted back in July. House sales in July 2014…

Local families

The number and prices of home sales in the greater Phoenix area retreated slightly in July. Home sales fell 4.5% in July 2014, with the average home sales price being $210,000. The director of Arizona State University's Department of Real Estate Theory says the modest slowdown in the housing market is proof that a housing bubble won't start again anytime soon. He said that in the second half of 2005 and 2006, real estate supply began to grow in 2007, which heralded the collapse of the real estate bubble, and that real estate supply is slowly weakening this summer. Many sellers are still patiently waiting for a better time, and they are unwilling to lower the price to dispose of their houses. In July, 7,279 homes sold, compared to 7,624 in June, when the average price was $211,000. Phoenix home prices rose rapidly in 2011 until last summer, sales prices began to slow. Experts predict that supply and demand will need to return to balance in the coming months. For more real estate information, please contact Ti nna 480-287-0180 E-mail: goldtrustrealty2010@gmail.com
