(Central News Agency reporter Wu Jingjun, Taipei, 15th) The comprehensive income tax settlement declaration period ends on the 31st. The Ministry of Finance and the National Taxation Bureau today estimated that about 35% of the people have completed the declaration, which means that about 65% of the people have not yet completed the declaration.

According to the estimates of the National Taxation Bureau, about 35% of the people nationwide have completed the comprehensive income tax declaration, and there are still 65%, or about 3.7 million taxpayers, who have not yet filed the tax. The public is reminded that the tax calculation service and online tax payment are very convenient. It is best to pay the tax as early as possible, and do not wait until the last few days of May to complete the tax return.

The Southern District State Taxation Bureau said that with the increasing degree of e-commerce, the latest statistics show that the number of people using natural person certificates to file taxes this year has increased by 54% compared with last year.
