Asian Career Day on June 3. Intel executives introduce career development experiences to Asian employees. June 3 is Asia Career Day. Outstanding Intel managers will give wonderful speeches to everyone. This event was hosted by the Asian Mentoring Ring, a diverse organization of Intel's Arizona division that aims to help employees with Asian backgrounds within Intel develop their careers and share leadership and management experiences. This event invited several outstanding leaders from diverse backgrounds to share their experiences. This event is open to all Intel employees. Due to the needs of event organization, we hope everyone can register to attend. The keynote speakers are Chris Min VP of TMG Finance, Navid Shahriari VP of Assembly Test Development, Sherri L Thomas, author of book career Smart, Dev Pillai Intel Fellow and other outstanding Intel leaders. This event will also feature a variety of Asian snacks and refreshments to create a broad social network for Intel employees. The event is organized by “Asian Mentoring Ring” a small diversity team in Intel Arizona, catering to the professional development needs of Intel employees with Asian backgrounds. The vision of the team is to help develop its members into future Intel leaders via peer to peer coaching, sharing leadership and management experiences, and holding informative talks/lecture with accomplished leaders at Intel from diverse backgrounds. The event is open to all Intel AZ employees, although registration is required to ensure appropriate planning for the event.
