为便利当地中国公民申办证件，驻洛杉矶总领馆将于 4 月 7 日（星期六）派员在亚利桑那州立大学现场受理中国公民护照、旅行证申请。现就具体事项通知如下：

一、时间地点

时间： 2018 年 4 月 7 日（星期六），上午 9:00 – 下午 4:00 。

地址： Neeb Hall, L.S. Neeb Hall, 920 S Forest Mall, Tempe, AZ 85281 （请点击浏览地图）。

二、受理范围

受场地、人手等条件的制约，此次现场办证仅受理以下申请：

（一）有效期不足一年的 因私护照换发 申请；

（二）空白签证页用完的 因私护照换发 申请；

（三）遗失 护照补发 申请；

（四）在美出生 中国籍儿童的旅行证 申请。

三、办证须知

（一） 所有申请人（含儿童）均须 认真阅读并浏览我馆网站发布的 《外地办证须知》 ，并须按要求、逐项、提前准备好所有申请材料。

（二） 所有申请人均须 事先在线预约、填表（请 点击这里 ）。此次办证预约与到总领馆预约不同， 请勿必选择办证地点为” 凤凰城” 。现场办证的预约系统将于 3 月 20 日下午 5 ： 00 开通，并在 4 月 5 日下午 5 ： 00（洛杉矶时间） 关闭，请及时预约。

四、注意事项

（一） 总领馆按预约时段，而非现场排队先后受理申请。 为避免长时间等候且为维护良好的办证秩序，请按预约时段准时（不建议提前）前来递交申请。

（二）以下情况恕不予办理：

1、 未提前在线预约、填表并打印申请表格等材料的；

2、 预约时未按要求选定办证地点为”凤凰城”的 ；

3、 未按要求备齐申请材料的；

4、 不如实申报情况的。

我馆今年 10 月将再次派员赴凤凰城办证，请注意根据个人情况安排好办证时间。
