April 6th Arizona Republic, Arizona State University Real Estate Committee will co-host a free "Phoenix Real Estate Market Analysis" at the Kelley School of Economics to help home buyers uncover the mysteries of the local real estate market and analyze the future direction of real estate. The topic of the lecture is "Analysis of the Phoenix Real Estate Market" Time: April 6, 9:30 to 11:30 am Location: BAC 116, Arizona State University Tempe Campus (First Floor) ASU's Business Administration C-Wing Building, (BAC, at 400 E. Lemon St.) Parking: Apache Boulevard and Normal Avenue Speaker of this lecture: Catherine Reagor, senior real estate reporter of the Arizona Republic. She leads the writing of the Special Report on Downtown Real Estate Values, a biannual analysis. Mike Orr is director of the School of Real Estate Theory and Practice at Arizona State University's Kelley School of Business. Author of State College Real Estate Monthly Report.
