The Documentation Team of the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles will come to Phoenix to renew passports on April 4th and 5th this year (Contributed by UCAA) Newsletter: For the convenience of the overseas Chinese, the Documentation Team of the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles will come to Phoenix on April 4th and 5th this year to accept applications for Chinese passport renewal and reissue on-site for overseas Chinese (no visas to China will be processed). Entrusted by the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles, the Hualian of Alberta will work with the Greater Phoenix Overseas Chinese Association to assist in processing applications for Chinese passport renewal and reissue, as well as entrusted notarization and aliveness notarization. The specific arrangements are as follows: Time: April 4 (Saturday) 9:00 am - 15:00 pm, April 5 (Sunday) 9:00 am - 12:00 noon Venue: Chinese Cultural Center (next to Xinxin Supermarket) 668 N 44th St, Suite M08, Phoenix, AZ 85008 Contact: Alberta Hualian Wang Weizi weiziw@gmail.com. Applicants must carefully read the introduction on the Los Angeles Consulate General website (http://losangeles.china-consulate.org/chn/visa/news/) in advance, and prepare application forms, photos, original and photocopies of certificates, return envelopes, postage and other materials as required.
