City Animal Control searched the home of 74-year-old Helen Flint on Friday, where her cats were living in extremely poor conditions. Most fell ill and some were euthanized. Animal control officers also found nine decomposed dead cats in a dumpster behind the house. Authorities say Flint has been the subject of frequent complaints about cats since 2004.
