40 cats gathered in one house, Mesa banned the female Elvis Presley A few days ago, Mesa police received a report and rescued 40 cats from a residence, but how to punish the owner is a headache. Among the 40 cats, 16 are kittens, three of which were born shortly after birth. Most of them have health problems and are currently sent to the Maricopa County West Animal Care and Control Center. Police said the owner, an elderly woman who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, may not have known it was illegal to keep such a pet in the home.
