(Phoenix City Uncle Bo) On March 14, the Phoenix Overseas Chinese Federation held a general meeting in the Harbor City cafeteria. Eighteen overseas Chinese community presidents and vice-chairmen attended. The conference elected Zhang Huafang as the chairman of the Federation of Overseas Chinese, and Li Jiang, Xu Qiang, Wen Linglin, Mei Shude and Wang Ruijin as vice presidents, forming a strong leadership team of the Federation of Overseas Chinese.
