Another milestone in the development of modern Chinese schools

In the summer of 2019, Alberta Modern The Chinese School, a large-scale comprehensive Chinese education and Chinese cultural communication public welfare organization with more than 20 years of experience in running schools, strong teachers, complete courses, and more than 500 registered students, has officially entered into a cultural and educational partnership with Arizona State University's College of Arts and Sciences - School of International Languages and School of Public Affairs - Global Applied Health Research Center. This is a brand new milestone in the development history of modern Chinese schools! This provides an important guarantee for modern Chinese schools to further strengthen Chinese teaching, spread Chinese culture, and better serve the community in the future.

School Board and School Committee leaders devoted considerable time and energy to the establishment of the new partnership during the summer. Many volunteers and parents also worked hard to promote the establishment of new cooperative relationships by providing suggestions and active efforts. Thank you to all friends who have silently contributed to the establishment and consolidation of the cooperative relationship between our school and state universities!

The partnership established between Modern Chinese School and Arizona State University departments and other organizations is an innovation in the way of international cultural exchange activities. Such an innovative cooperative relationship not only lays a solid foundation for both parties to jointly promote the learning and understanding of Chinese language and Chinese culture among various ethnic groups in the region, but also provides convenience for teachers, students and parents of our school to use the teaching facilities and rich learning resources of the state university, allowing us to continue to provide high-quality teaching services and environment for teachers and students of our school while maintaining low-cost and low-tuition operations. In order to further consolidate the long-term friendly cooperative relationship between our school and state universities, the school has decided after research that starting from this academic year, all Arizona State University faculty and staff or their family members who register and complete courses at our school can enjoy a 10% tuition discount.
