More than a thousand?#29454;Eagle?#38431; Crack down on ticket dealers
Morning News (Reporter He Xin) established a "blacklist", monitored "black numbers", and tracked "black accounts." Reporter Pang learned yesterday from the Public Security Bureau of the Ministry of Railways that in order to safeguard the rights and interests of passengers and the order of railway transportation and severely crack down on illegal and criminal activities of reselling train tickets, the national railway public security agencies will focus on launching the "Falcon Campaign" to combat ticket scalping from now until February 16 next year.
Before the arrival of the Spring Festival, the railway department launched real-name ticket sales, Internet ticket sales and other measures, which not only facilitated the masses, but also curbed ticket scalping to a certain extent. However, ticket dealers have also changed the traditional methods of ticket scalping, and new methods such as online ticket scalping and collecting ID cards to purchase tickets have emerged. In response to this situation, the railway public security agency established a team of 1,046 "Falcons" to track ticket dealers and crack down on them.

Real-name ticket inspection kiosks will be built at West Railway Station. The parking lot on the west side will be out of service from tomorrow
Morning News (Reporter Chen Lin) Yesterday, Beijing Railway Station and Beijing West Railway Station began to build real-name ticket inspection kiosks. Starting from January 8 next year during the Spring Festival travel season, real-name ticket verification will be implemented when entering and boarding the train at the two stations. At that time, passengers will need to bring the same identity certificate used to purchase tickets to enter the station and board the train, and platform tickets will no longer be sold at the station.
Yesterday afternoon, reporters saw construction workers assembling a small pavilion with white walls and red roof in the open space on the west side of the North Square of Beijing West Railway Station. Each pavilion is about two square meters in size, with windows all around. To facilitate movement, wheels are installed on the four corners of the pavilion.
It is reported that this kind of security check booth will be moved to the entrance of the station. There will be a passage between the two booths. In one booth, two groups of staff will stand back to back to check the tickets of passengers in the passage. When activated, a snow-proof canopy will be installed above the passage.
According to Beijing West Railway Station, a total of 110 ticket inspection channels have been built on the first floor, second floor and south square of the North Square of West Railway Station. It is expected that they will be installed before January 5 next year. There is a pre-check area in front of each ticket gate. Based on Guangzhou’s real-name ticket inspection experience, an armed police officer is stationed at each pre-inspection area entrance and ticket inspection gate.
According to reports, in order to facilitate passengers who do not bring their documents or have lost their documents to board the bus, the 110 passages include 14 public security entrances.
In addition, during the Spring Festival travel period, 13 self-service ticket exchange machines will be installed in the station hall of Beijing West Railway Station. Passengers can also go to the ticket exchange machines themselves to exchange for train tickets.
In order to set up a temporary ticket sales window, from 8 o'clock tomorrow, the West Social Parking Lot of the North Square of Beijing West Railway Station will prohibit the entry of all social vehicles, including large vehicles, during the Spring Festival travel period, and the parking lot will be closed at the same time. The parking lot is expected to resume use on January 23, 2012.
>The ticket inspection area of Beijing Station is set up in the open space between the entrance of the square in front of Beijing Station and the two temporary ticket sales areas on the east and west. Nine simple rooms with red roofs and white walls have been built. The staff installed circuit equipment and heating equipment in the houses, and installed glass on the ticket inspection booths.
During the Spring Festival travel period, platform tickets will no longer be sold at the two stations. For key passengers such as the elderly, the young, the sick, the disabled and pregnant, the two stations have dedicated service teams to ensure that they can board the train smoothly.
