"First-time investors" in Phoenix real estate market surge As rents rise, property prices at or near rock bottom, and favorable financing conditions, more and more people are wondering whether it's the best time to buy a rental property. In the ERA Real Estate Professional Survey, 51% of industry respondents said they were seeing a significant increase in the number of first-time investors in the real estate market. Since the bursting of the real estate market bubble in 2006, many people have gone bankrupt and sold their houses. Due to credit problems, many bankrupts with stable incomes have had to rent. Multiple real estate indexes indicate that there will be a strong housing rental market in the next few years. Investors from Canada, China, and other cities in the United States have set their sights on Phoenix. In July, a real estate agent sold four houses in Chandler High-tech Park, all of which were for rental. These homebuyers are first-time investors. Some of these investors have successfully rented out their houses even before the housing transaction has been completed.
