Due to the surge in consumer and business demand, the development of the Internet has prompted the expansion of the National Big Data Center, and their factory in Chandler will nearly double the size.

San Francisco-based Digital Real Estate Trust Inc. held a grand opening ceremony last Wednesday for a 226,000-square-foot facility expansion to its existing 293,000-square-foot data center at 2121 S. Price Road in Chandler. A digital industrial company listed on the New York Stock Exchange has expanded its two-story facility in Chandler to include 13 megawatts of power. The leaders of Digital Industries, Inc.'s Karen Deller, said Phoenix and Temperature have recognized the future of the data center market, and the economic benefits of working with these companies will benefit their communities. ?BR> Mark, managing director of Phoenix Office, Commercial and Real Estate Company Lianxing, said that the demand for Web-based mobile devices and cloud computing services is growing rapidly, and these digital centers will bring a huge leap to commercial real estate.

Time Warner said West Coast businesses that offer Web-based technology are choosing the greater Phoenix area as a production base at a much cheaper price than in the main market of California. The electricity cost for a 10,000-square-foot factory in the Chandler data center is only $600,000 per year, which is much cheaper than in Los Angeles.

Earlier this month, Houston-based Cincinnati Bell subsidiary CyrusOne said it purchased 40 acres in Chandler with the intention of building a 10,000-square-foot data center, and in June health care giant Dr. Patrick's announced it was buying 14 acres at 16th Street and Buckeye to build a data center at the Phoenix Airport Center.
