Local families

reported that agents from the FBI and the New York Police Department jointly arrested 21 of the 26 suspects on the 18th. Two more people will surrender on the 19th, and the other three have not yet been arrested. The indictment stated that the suspects helped Chinese citizens who wanted to immigrate to the United States to make false claims about being persecuted in the country, provided them with relevant materials, and instigated them to lie during interviews with immigration officials.
