Career April will release the American dream of Chinese students with "bossless companies" to help you succeed (reported by Lixiang Feng Haiyan) From 1 to 3 pm on April 3, in Room 236, MU Building, Arizona State University (ASU), a lecture titled "Returning to China to Entrepreneurship" was successfully held. Guest speaker Mr. Lian Miandi shared his entrepreneurial experience and insights with a group of Chinese students from ASU. ’ Being your own boss has become an inevitable trend. ’ Lian Miandi said. As a domestic semiconductor integrated circuit expert and the earliest pioneer in the promotion and application of American AD devices in my country, Mr. Lian’s ‘bossless company’ model triggered heated questions from the Chinese students in the audience. The bossless company will provide a company shell for new entrepreneurs. As long as the participants have their own technology, after joining the "bossless company", they will be able to get consultation from some seniors and find ways to expand the market. The company will also provide the members with company name, office address, basic office facilities, financial personnel and other support to help new entrepreneurs solve many trivial problems other than technology. "The bossless company is a very interesting concept," said Wang Dexuan, a second-year undergraduate materials engineering student at ASU. "Although I don't know its feasibility yet, I am willing to spend more time to understand it." The speaker, Lian Miandi, wrote his entrepreneurial experience in the book "Transformation" and published it serially in the Alberta Times. Many of his new concepts such as "bossless company", "knowing one's family" and "knowing one's roots" are all elaborated in the book. This lecture, together with the "Career Recruitment and Interview Special Topic" lecture held on April 2 the day before, is part of the "Career April" activities of the ASU Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA). This event aims to help Chinese students enrich their extracurricular life, broaden their horizons, and plan for the future in advance. The guests are all seniors from various industries such as semiconductor and IT who have worked in the United States for many years. Liang Yu, a first-year graduate student in mechanical engineering at ASU and director of the CSSA Organization Department, said that the student union hopes to organize this event to help Chinese students become familiar with the process of finding a job in the United States, and hopes that everyone can prepare in advance. On May 1, CSSA will grandly launch the Arizona Career Fair sponsored by the Semiconductor Association. There will be many exhibitors, mainly recruiting Chinese students, to help Chinese students realize the "American Dream."
