Bobcat breaks into house, false alarm: A Scottsdale resident found a bobcat in his backyard! It sounded scary, but it turned out to be a cub only a few weeks old. The cub was found near 156th Street and Dynamite, and it's unclear how it ended up at the home. The cub was later taken to the Southwest Wildlife Center for feeding. Center managers said the cub will be returned to the wild once it is old enough. Wildlife experts remind citizens not to panic if they spot wild animals at close range. Animals generally will not attack humans when they judge that humans are not attacking them. In addition, it is illegal in the state to adopt wild animals as pets without a license.
