>Maricopa County office building leak closed Over the weekend, the Maricopa County office building was closed for repairs due to flooding caused by an out-of-control pipe. Fuller, spokesman for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health, said a water pipe leak flooded the birth registration office building on 16th Street North in Phoenix, but fortunately no records were damaged. During the maintenance period of the office building, resident birth certificates, death certificates, paternity tests, satellite location changes and other services will be transferred to 3003 W. Thomas Rd in Phoenix and 4419 E. Main St., Suite 105 in Mesa. Certificate services can also be completed online at: WeArePublicHealth.org.
