> Malico Brazilian Voter Card Prints Wrong Voting Date Maricopa County printed the wrong voting dates on Spanish-language versions of its voter registration cards, an incident that threatens to complicate an already tense relationship between local governments and Latino residents. County officials in charge of elections say they have mailed out nearly 2 million of these new voter registration cards. However, only about 50 such voter registration cards issued on the counter of his office contained errors. On the Spanish version of the voter registration card, the election date is not printed on November 6, but on November 8. Maricopa County authorities said in a statement that the relevant sections have been updated so voting times are on the correct days in both the English and Spanish versions. Promise Arizona in Action, a nonprofit advocacy group, said the damage has been done. It takes a lot of effort to make it clear to voters what the correct day is.
