Two states are discussing the construction of an interstate highway directly connected to Vegas. Many people like to go to Las Vegas, but everyone knows that there is no direct road to Vegas by car from the Phoenix metropolitan area. Now, the transportation departments of the two states are discussing to rewrite this history. The transportation departments of the two states call this upcoming highway Interstate 11, and it has the support of many legislators and urban planners, including Governor Brewer. The two state departments of transportation have been conducting studies on the road for two years and will submit detailed terrain reports as soon as possible. Now, from Phoenix to Las Vegas, after leaving the city, first pass through Wickenburg, get on Highway 93, pass through Kingman, pass the Hoover Dam, enter Nevada, and then enter Las Vegas. Among them, the Hoover Dam road section is mountainous and narrow, and accidents often occur. Only last week, an Australian tour group had an accident here.
