On Valentine's Day, the 14th, an Arizona prisoner climbed over two walls and climbed over a barbed wire fence before escaping and heading to a restaurant to meet his girlfriend. However, the police arrested him more than three hours after he escaped.

According to the Arizona Republic, the 40-year-old suspect DeKemp is being held at the Pinal County Adult Detention Center. After escaping from prison, he arrived at the restaurant Gallopin Goose Saloon & Grill where he had an appointment with his girlfriend. According to the bartender, his girlfriend had just arrived at the restaurant when the police made the arrest.

DeKemp will receive medical treatment before being returned to jail, according to a statement released by the county Sheriff's Office. Officials said that in order to escape from prison, DeKamp would first have to climb over a 12-foot-high wall, climb over a barbed wire fence, and then climb over a fence with wires. The Sheriff's Office is investigating whether other inmates helped DeKemp escape. Officials said DeKemp told other inmates that he was upset about being away from his girlfriend for so long. But after this incident, the couple may be separated for even longer.

> De Kemp was previously arrested and jailed on January 10 on suspicion of vehicle theft, selling stolen goods, illegal fighting, theft and driving while his driver's license was revoked. His bail was set at 5,000 yuan. But since he currently faces escape charges, the possibility of a judge allowing him to be released on bail pending trial is very slim.
