(中餐馆协会通讯)在凤城华人侨社非常活跃的中餐馆协会于六月四日举行2012年主席及理事改选。关兆峰在全票通过下当选新任主席，张华芳，梅树德为副主席，赖甲乙任财务，邓朝驹任审计，徐国富任英文秘书，高志中任中文秘书，并推选张肇鸿任顾问。

关兆峰提出三项工作目标:①希望中餐会做一个领头羊团结侨社②加强会员服务工作③内部会议要真诚讨论对事不对人。选举后全体理事均提出个人工作报告，并通过推动侨社筹建活动中心案。
