(Contributed by Hope Chinese School) January 5, 2013, was the first weekend of the New Year. The conference venue was located at Yummy Grill Buffy in Chandler. While training teachers, everyone was also invited to share a delicious meal. The training meeting started in a warm New Year atmosphere. Everyone tasted a variety of delicious food and exchanged various interesting things during the holidays. It was very lively. After everyone tasted the delicious food, Chairman Huang Shuangshuang and Executive Principal Zhao Caihong first represented the school and wished all teachers a happy holiday, and then looked forward to the development of various school affairs in the new semester. It is hoped that Chinese schools will continue to teach students Chinese knowledge and Chinese culture, and carry out various teaching activities or competitions in innovative ways.

>Speech by Principal Zhao Caihong

>Teaching Principal Xie Xiaohong introduced several new teachers who will join the teaching activities of Hope Chinese School next semester, so that the teaching staff of Hope Chinese School always maintains a complementary state of senior teachers and fresh energy. Principal Xie also introduced and emphasized the new teacher charter, which standardizes various teaching systems for teachers, hoping to better educate students with higher teaching quality and more standardized teaching behaviors, and also set a good example for students. The teachers also put forward good suggestions on various aspects such as jointly maintaining the school's hygienic environment, increasing student volunteer opportunities, and student safety.

Finally, senior Chinese teacher Yang Jingsheng gave an illustrated introduction to the Chinese Qualification Examination of the public high school where he works. Although it is currently a Chinese qualifying test for public high schools, understanding the form, content, and scope of the test questions has greatly inspired and helped our Chinese school teachers in their daily teaching. The teachers have learned a lot about the teaching tools and resources that can be used for reference, and have benefited a lot. With lively questions and discussions, this teacher training session ended successfully.
