On April 20, 2013, the Greater Phoenix Chinese Overseas Chinese Association (Overseas Chinese Federation) invited the Phoenix Police Department to provide a training class for Chinese to experience police life and increase self-protection awareness. This training class is free of charge. Time: April 20, 2013 (Saturday) 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Training content: Basic firearms use, stun gun training, decision-making and practical operations in emergency situations. This is a brief training experience that allows citizens to gain a better understanding of police work and learn some basic skills for self-protection.
