(Forwarded by Alberta Hualian) Recently, the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China issued a public opinion solicitation notice on the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Entry and Exit of Foreigners (Draft for Comment)". The "Notice" pointed out that the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Public Security, formed the "Regulations on the Entry and Exit of Foreigners of the People's Republic of China (Draft for Comments)" after further research and demonstration. During the solicitation period for the "Notice" of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, the association calls on overseas Chinese to put forward their own rationalization opinions to relevant national departments before May 20, 2013, including the scope of approval of talent visas, deadlines, application conditions, how to further relax the scope of application of talent visas, etc., to promote the introduction of more humane management measures by the country, so that overseas Chinese can serve the motherland more conveniently!
