Intel's first "Asian Employees Career Development Discussion Day" in Arizona has concluded successfully. Intel, Arizona site's first "Asian Employees Career Development Discussion Day" has concluded successfully. In addition to Chris Min VP of TMG Finance, Navid Shahriari VP of Assembly Test Development, Sherri L Thomas, author of book career Smart, and Pillai, Dev Pillai Intel Fellow, who were invited to attend, nearly 200 Intel employees participated in the event. Invited guests, sign-in, attentive audience The event was held in the large conference hall on the first floor of Chandler C6, which was decorated with an Asian style. Before and after the event, the organizers of the conference provided delicious Asian-style snacks and snacks for everyone, so that attendees could enjoy unique oriental delicacies while socializing. The Asian-flavored food event officially begins at 1:30 p.m. After Navid's opening speech, Shirley Thomas's wonderful and humorous "Keynote speak" kicked off the day's activities. Subsequently, the participating employees seized the opportunity to actively ask the specially invited executives a variety of interesting questions about skill improvement, career development, and the advantages and disadvantages of Asian employees. The specially invited executives lived up to expectations and gave very sincere, incisive and interesting answers to every question based on their own experiences. After the nearly four-hour event ended, the participants were still left wanting. Many people stayed to continue discussing new topics one-on-one with the specially invited executives. The overall response from attendees to this event was very good. I hope it will get better and better in the future.
