On October 1, 2013, Ms. Xu Aini, the director of Meisha Art Center, invited Pasha, a well-known domestic Xinjiang dance teacher, to teach dance in Phoenix. At 7 o'clock that night, Marcus Newton, the vice president of the sister city of Mesa, coordinator Dobrin Nedelkov, Lu Lihua, the principal of the New Oriental Art School, Qiu Shunxiong, the president of the Chinese Federation, and his wife, Fu Pingsheng, the president of the Asian American Newspaper, and dance enthusiasts in Phoenix warmly welcomed Teacher Pasha at the Ruby Restaurant.

Meisha Sisters City Vice Chairman Marcus Newton presented flowers to Teacher Pasha, welcoming her arrival and will bring wonderful dance lessons to everyone. Teacher Pasha will teach Xinjiang dance at New Oriental Art School starting tomorrow (October 2). Pasha's trip to Arizona will last ten days. This is her third visit to Phoenix to bring dance classes to friends in Phoenix.

>Teacher Pasha’s full name is Pasha Wumaner. She was a solo dancer in the Xinjiang Song and Dance Troupe and the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe, and the heroine of the 1980s movie "Mirage". She now teaches Xinjiang dance and East Asian dance at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
