(Overseas Chinese Federation News) According to Phoenix TV information, as of July 6, the organizing committee of the 2014 Miss China Universe Competition has received applications from many outstanding contestants from all over the Americas, including many top students who graduated from prestigious schools such as Harvard and Yale, as well as talented and beautiful contestants from all over the Americas. The time and location of the four preliminary rounds in the US East, US West, Eastern Canada, and Western Canada have been determined. The finals of the Miss Chinese Universe Competition (American Division) will kick off at 2:00 pm on August 10, 2014 at the Wild Horse Casino Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

The Phoenix Overseas Chinese Federation, the co-organizer of the Miss China Universe Competition (American Division), will hold a pre-match cultural evening scheduled for the evening of August 9. Phoenix TV and previous Miss China America Division talents will be invited to perform as guest performers and perform on the same stage with elites from the local literary and art circles.
