(Contributed by New Oriental Art School) Another year, it is the season of shining golden light, and it is the season of shining moon, we are about to usher in the Mid-Autumn Festival. On this day, we look forward to reunion and enjoy singing and dancing; in order to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, New Oriental Art School, The Confucius Institute at Arizona State University and the Arizona Overseas Chinese Federation will hold the "Golden Autumn Chinese Dance Festival" at the Chandler Art Center on September 14, 2014, and will present you with a wonderful adult belly dance, a classic of charm. Elegant Korean dance, passionate and unrestrained Mongolian dance, vivid Yi solo dance, unique and charming Han dance, gentle and graceful Chinese classical dance, Northeastern Yangko folk dance combination with both strength and softness, and pure piano and violin performances. The performers are from New Oriental Art School. The party will officially begin at 4 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Chandler Center for the Arts office. In addition, the Confucius Institute at Arizona State University will also hold a series of free Chinese cultural activities between 1:30 and 3:30.
