Grassroots organizations of new immigrants from mainland China, such as the National Association of Chinese Schools, have been able to regularly hold annual national Chinese education conferences over the past two decades and promote the rapid development and continuous development of Chinese amateur education in North America. This is enough to prove that the establishment and development of the National Chinese Schools Association complied with the fundamental needs of overseas Chinese to inherit the Chinese language and culture. Over the past two decades, driven by batches of dedicated and far-sighted Chinese education workers, the Association has been rooted in the soil environment of multicultural coexistence and co-prosperity in the United States. It has always maintained strong ties with mainstream society and is committed to cooperation, so it has endless vitality and charisma.

Today, the National Association of Chinese Schools has developed into a very large national educational organization with strong cohesion, mature operational experience, and extensive connections with Chinese education organizations in the United States, China and even other countries and regions.

In the 20 years since its establishment, the National Association of Chinese Schools has served its more than 400 member schools, more than 100,000 young students of all ethnic groups, and more than 8,000 teachers. More importantly, it has successfully played a leading role at a higher level and in a wider scope, becoming the main force leading thousands of troops to promote the vigorous development of Chinese education in North America, and becoming an important part of mainstream American society that cannot be ignored.

> Director Lei Zhengang, as a special guest speaker at the conference, gave a keynote speech entitled "Developing Chinese Education and Revitalizing Chinese Schools", which added a bright touch to the conference.

This conference coincides with the 20th anniversary of the association. The association has mature development experience, and many member schools also have rich experience in teaching and management. With the joint efforts of current president Shuai Zhiruo, vice president Zheng Lianggen, and all directors, they actively communicate with member schools and carefully plan and prepare complicated preparations. As a result, the number of schools participating in this conference and the number of delegates have reached a new high. In particular, the two carefully organized expert lectures and six Chinese education seminars not only reviewed and celebrated the 20-year development history of the association, but also focused on common issues of common concern in current Chinese education, focusing on summarizing and sharing practical experiences in Chinese education. The conference arranged lectures by famous experts and scholars in various fields and topics related to Chinese education, including AP Chinese exams, textbooks and teaching methods, etc. The conference also invited nearly 20 existing "Overseas Chinese Education Demonstration Schools" from across the United States.
