Phoenix City Bowling Competition Awards Night Alberta Times The finals of the 2011 Phoenix City Chinese Bowling Club were held on the evening of May 16th. As a result, the Lukfook Jiuding team played to their best and beat Team A of the Restaurant Club to win the championship. The awards were held at Lukfook Restaurant on May 23rd. The players and guests gathered together in a lively atmosphere. The Chinese Bowling Club has a history of more than 60 years. In view of the fact that there were not many Chinese in the early days, they were all working hard for business and life, and there was no regular activity where they could gather and communicate. Therefore, after work, they formed a team one night a week to study their skills, bond emotionally, relieve work pressure, and exercise their bodies. Since then, it has been established to this day. At present, players from all walks of life, including lawyers, doctors, accountants, government officials, and of course many employees in the catering industry, come to participate in the competition, and they are generally younger and have better skills. In recent years, the Alberta Restaurant Association has organized Team A (composed of member employees) to participate in competitions and hold training classes, with dedicated personnel responsible for guidance. Employees who are interested in bowling are welcome to participate. Time: Every Tuesday starting at 9:30 pm Location: AMF Bowling Alley (19 Ave. and Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix) Contact and details: Please call Wu Yizhao at 623-341-5032
