Alberta Times On May 21, 2011, at 1:30 pm, the Shaolin Temple Abbot Shi Yongxin, the great monk from the Shaolin Temple, attended the "North American Shaolin Cultural Forum" in Los Angeles, USA, and announced the establishment of the Shaolin Association of North America. Currently living in Arizona, promoting Shaolin martial arts and culture, and Master Yanqing, the Shaolin master who guides Shaolin Kungfu, led three American Shaolin disciples to attend this Los Angeles conference. Master Yanqing also discussed with the abbot to establish a Shaolin Temple Cultural Center in Arizona. The abbot agreed and supported it. Master Yanqing will be responsible for the preparation. People from all walks of life are welcome to participate in the guidance. May this be a blessing. The solemn Buddha’s pure land. Report fourfold kindness. The three journeys to relief are difficult. If anyone has seen it. Develop bodhicitta. Complete this sambhogakaya. Born together in the land of bliss. Amitabha!
