The fifth president and board of directors of the Arizona Tsinghua Alumni Association were elected (picture) The Tsinghua University Arizona Alumni Association (TAAA) re-election and charter modification meeting was held on May 8, 2011 at Si Jie’s home. At the meeting, the fifth president and a board of directors composed of seven directors were formally elected. For details, please check the alumni association website, http://www.tsinghua-az.org/. Tao Min from Intel serves as the fifth president of TAAA, Yu Hongyu and Fu Qiushi from ASU serve as vice presidents, Lu Shan is in charge of finance, and the other three directors are Liu Lingtao from ASU, Lu Xiao and Zhou Gui'an from Intel. The term of this board of directors is until January 2014. TAO Min Min Tao graduated from Tsinghua University in 2001 with a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in 2002 and 2006 respectively in Applied Mechanics (Majoring Solid Mechanics with a Minor in Material Science) from California Institute of Technology. She is currently a Staff Packaging Engineer in Pathfinding Integration Group at Intel ATTD Chandler. She is from Shanghai, China. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and reading.
