The main content of this visit is urban management, social public health, and the construction of medical emergency systems. In the morning, Scottsdale Mayor W.J. ‘Jim’ Lane and Sister City Association Chairman Max Rumbaugh Jr. received a delegation led by Haikou City Standing Committee Member Song Shunyong. Li Caiping, president of the local Overseas Chinese Sister Cities Association, Gao Zhizhong, overseas Chinese affairs committee member, and Fei Jian, president of the Overseas Chinese Federation, also went to the Scottsdale City Hall to greet guests from afar.
