Phoenix City Taipei sister city welcomes Taipei youth ambassador (photo) (Alberta Times) The Phoenix International Sisters holds international student cultural exchange activities every year, and exchanges students with sister cities for three weeks as youth ambassadors to interact with the sister cities and promote multiculturalism. This year, the Phoenix Sisters elected the youth ambassadors to Taipei to be Zach Webb and Kelly Mittendorf, the two young ambassadors selected by Taipei City to Phoenix City are Zhang Zhixuan and Xie Weihan. All four are very outstanding and outstanding. They can give full play to their talents and cooperate with various activities of the sister city to successfully conduct multicultural exchanges and successfully promote national diplomacy.
